But it’s not advisable to eat directly the seeds of the grapes because it is bitter so to greatly absorb the nutrients from the seeds is through drinking wine. One of the best types of grapes is black grapes because the skin of black grapes comprises most of the nutrients of a grape. It contains major nutrients such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron and vitamin B1, B2, B6 and C. Aside from those nutrients it also contains a huge amount of amino acids which is essential in building blocks for proteins and cells in the body.
